Family Poem

Blood is thicker than water
But only when it spills
And when that happens
Potential slaughter
Time to make last wills

Sisters bitch and brothers fight
And both alike delight
In each others pain
But also gain
For their blood is the same

Some fathers work with discipline
To cope with their kids sin
Some mothers forgive
And say let live
But both still love their kin

Nan and grandad, mother, father
Brother, sister, son and daughter
Uncle, godfather, husband and grandpa
Aunt, godmother, wife and grandma
In-laws, outlaws, they eat all your food
No wonder some were once removed.
